By placing an order with us you are deemed to have read, understood and agreed to the Terms and Conditions as detailed on this website. If you are unhappy with any of our terms and conditions, please contact us at admin.st@ims.edu.hk.

A Contract between the customer and The International Montessori Education Foundation Limited for the sale of our products exists once an order has been accepted.

Prices and availability of products may be subject to change without notice. A delivery charge may be added to your order where appropriate.

Our Guarantee
We take pride in the quality of our products and we want you to be satisfied with your purchases. If for any reason the product is not of the right size, we will offer a one-off exchange per receipt within 2 weeks and all items are non-refundable. All Items can only be exchanged once with the original packing. We regret that we cannot accept items for exchange if they have been worn, washed and damaged because of improper care.

We also offer additional uniform service: repairs, alteration and special made size.  Any items purchased under 1 year may be repaired for free. Items purchased over 1 year may be repaired at HK$50 per request.

For alterations, pants may shortened by up to 3 inches for free. If alternation exceeds 3 inches, there will be an additional surcharge of 30% per item.

Special service relating to make larger or smaller sizes may be requested at an additional 30% surcharge per item on top of the usual selling price. Please allow 6-8 weeks for production and delivery of special orders.

Every care has been taken to ensure that the descriptions and specifications in this website are correct at the time of publication. While the picture is a close representation, slight variations in the actual goods may occur. We reserve the right to amend price without notice.

What do we do with your information?
In order to process your order we require your name and e-mail address. We also require your telephone number so that we can contact you in case of any queries. When we employ a third party for delivery, we may pass some of these information along to them.

We deploy Paypal as the online payment gateway of this shop, and Paypal processes the payment in a way that is transparent to our system. IMS will not keep any information relating to your credit card.

Security of your information
Security of your personal information is very important to us. Our site uses up-to-date encryption technology to protect your information. We do not store your credit card information on our servers for security reasons.

Your use of this website signifies your consent to the collection, processing, and use of personal information by us for the purpose of dealing with your order, account, payment processing, credit check, and for marketing purposes. All changes to our policies will be posted to our website for your further information.

Deliveries made at The International Montessori School are free of charge, and will be made around two weeks. Delivery date will be affected during school holidays.
